Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician to perform maintenance services such as tire installations, oil changes, and fluid care to keep members on the road safely.

This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, strong teamwork, and the willingness to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems; familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools a plus.
• Prior automotive maintenance or repair experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid flush and replacement, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment, including handling portable fluid drains per guidelines.
• Continuously build automotive knowledge and technical skills for future career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $16.37 – $23.02/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.
• Schedule: Full‑time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business‑needs and approved time‑off.

Your Impact as an Automotive General Service Technician:
