Eurofix / Amerifix in Middle Tennessee is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician to join a busy shop environment. You will help with facility upkeep, vehicle movement, and assisting technicians while delivering great customer service.

The role requires a year of customer service or admin experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. No weekend work is promised, and the team values work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Customer Service or Administration experience required.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks amid distractions.
• Proficient with Windows; typing 30+ wpm; basic office software.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills with calculator.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility.
• Assist with vehicle movement and detailing after repairs.
• Deliver tools and materials to technicians.
• Assist with vehicle teardown/reassembly and heavy lifting.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Follow safety and environmental regulations.
• Greet customers and direct inquiries.
• Attend production meetings by 9 AM.
• Drive shop truck for pickups and parts runs.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and safety.
