Westlake Floorplan Company, established in 2013 as a division of Westlake Financial Services, is a leading lender for independent and franchise dealerships. We have financed over 190,000 vehicles for more than 3,000 dealerships across 46 states. Our innovative technology, customer service, and flexible terms make us the most dealer-friendly inventory financing provider in the U.S.

We are seeking a motivated Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. Responsibilities include signing dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing risks. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge and a proven track record in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
    • Build relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
    • Identify growth opportunities and promote our financing solutions.
    • Conduct market research to stay competitive.
  2. Servicing:
    • Oversee portfolio servicing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor account performance and address issues.
    • Collaborate to improve processes and customer experience.
    • Train dealerships on financing solutions.
  3. Risk Management:
    • Monitor dealership performance and conditions.
    • Develop risk assessment models.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Track portfolio performance metrics.
