Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site role in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage vehicle entry/exit, perform inspections, and handle license plates and registrations to support fleet operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities include preparing newer vehicles for rental, assisting with transitions to used-car lots or auctions, and moving vehicles around the lot to maintain efficiency. Requires 18+, valid license, and outdoor work capability.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Strong attention to detail with verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to work outdoors with moderate noise.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

This includes conducting pre-delivery and post-use inspections, installing and removing license plates, coordinating vehicle registration paperwork, stickers, and keys, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.You will help prepare newer vehicles across a variety of makes and models for customer rental, as well as support the transition of vehicles out of the fleet for retail used car lots, auctions, or other buyers.
