Honda Stratham is seeking a Full-Time Flat Rate Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain diverse vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform routine maintenance, and communicate repair needs to service advisors and customers.

Formación

• 2+ years of direct repair experience for both domestics and imports with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance.
• Automotive Trade School graduate preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred; State Vehicle Inspector certification a plus.

Honda Stratham, an International Cars, Ltd. Company, is seeking a Full-Time Flat Rate Technician to join our team! This individual is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring repairs are completed to industry standards. The Automotive Service Technician works closely with service advisors and customers to communicate repair needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of direct repair experience for both domestics and imports with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance.
• Automotive Trade School graduate (preferred)
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications (Preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector Certification a plus!
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
