Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to bridge the sales and finance process. You will determine financing options, present transparent pricing, and manage transactions to ensure compliance while building customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have automotive sales or F&I experience and a strong focus on customer experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
