Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience is required.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Proven track record in automotive finance or related roles.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills sufficient for dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrange vehicle financing options and sell aftermarket products.
• Collaborate with sales to structure deals aligned with inventory goals.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
• Perform at industry standards for insurance product sales.
• Explain features and benefits of options best for clients.
• Process loan, title, and related documents efficiently.
• Maintain lender relationships and assist advisors in closings.
• Follow up with active and prior customers daily.
• Explain all purchase aspects to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Develop referrals and repeat business.
