Job summary

Eastman is seeking experienced window film installers to support nationwide growth. You will install automotive window film per best practices and engage with dealerships to meet client needs.

Opportunities for training and advancement exist within Sales, Training, and Management tracks. The Grapevine, TX area is the primary location for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Providing quality automotive window film installation per Eastman’s best practices
• Developing expertise in installation and leveraging CORE software / pattern database to complete more jobs in less time without sacrificing quality
• Engaging with key dealership personnel to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assisting with on-the-job training for new installers as needed
• Collaborating with supervisors and training team to develop better training methods and processes

Average salary plus benefits of $68,000, and with no cap on commissions, experienced installers can earn up to $110,000+ annually.
