Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager at Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to drive credit decisions and present finance options to customers during their vehicle purchase.

The role requires 2-4 years of F&I experience, a high school diploma, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales goals and ensuring regulatory compliance. Competitive pay with substantial incentive potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• 2-4 years prior F&I experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to help customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
