Job summary

Eastside Subaru in Washington state is hiring an Express Technician to join our Service Team. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other fast-quality services in a high-volume, high-standard environment.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Lube Technician (2 yrs preferred) and is eager to learn and advance within a long‑standing, award-winning dealership known for promoting from within and strong career paths.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lube Technician or Express Technician is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Identify basic maintenance needs and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Document services performed and assist with team as needed.
• Follow safety and quality standards and participate in training.
