Honda Morristown, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking motivated Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join our high-volume service team in Morristown, TN. Start at $18+/hour with production bonuses and paid Honda technician development.

Whether you are a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience, you'll receive training, mentorship, and a clear path to diagnostic, hybrid, and master technician roles in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience preferred.
• Automotive technical education or training preferred.
• Maintenance or express technician experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform oil changes and multi-point inspections.
• Complete Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) to communicate vehicle condition and maintenance recommendations.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
• Inspect brakes, steering, suspension, and other key vehicle components.
• Check and replenish vehicle fluid levels.
• Complete maintenance services according to Make dealership standards.
• Identify repair opportunities and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
