Johnson City Toyota, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is hiring Express/Maintenance Technicians to join a high-volume service team in Johnson City, TN. Earn $28.00 per hour flat rate with production bonuses and a clear path for advancement through our Toyota Technician Development Program.

We provide mentorship, dedicated training, and a structured career ladder from Express Technician to Master Technician in a climate-controlled facility with regular, mentor-guided growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience preferred.
• Automotive technical education or training required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and multi-point inspections.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
• Inspect brakes, steering, and suspension components.
• Complete maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards.
• Identify potential repair opportunities and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
