Job summary

AutoNation is hiring an Express Service Technician in Memphis, TN. You will perform vehicle maintenance per repair orders, ensuring efficiency and adherence to dealer and factory standards, while communicating with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance per repair order, meeting dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep up with factory bulletins and participate in factory training when offered.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
