Job summary

Our client in Mountain View, CA seeks a Hardware Engineer to join the Hardware Platform Development team. You will design and validate ECU hardware, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support hardware bring-up for next-generation vehicles.

You will document designs, BOMs, schematics, and test plans, and work with CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet protocols. Close coordination with software engineers enables seamless low-level integration and debugging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in design and development of ECUs or embedded electronic systems.
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
  • Experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation.
  • Familiarity with automotive protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Hardware Engineer to join their team. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Platform Development team supporting the design, development, validation, and support of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and related electrical/electronic hardware systems for next-generation vehicles.
