• Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, PCB technologies, and process engineering.
• Experience with ICT/functional test integration and AOI programming.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimize SMT, PCB assembly, and PCB functional testing processes for automotive applications.
• Participate in DFM/DFA reviews with design and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation (work instructions, process flows, control plans, PFMEAs).
• Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and validation.
