Responsibilities

• Perform custom installations of emergency lighting, sirens, radios, partitions, and other vehicle components.
• Wire and test electronic components to ensure proper function and safety.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems.
• Follow established procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Document work performed, including parts used and time spent, in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Collaborate with other technicians to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and care for tools.
• Stay updated with the latest vehicle upfitting technology and best practices.

We work with law enforcement, emergency responders, and various public safety departments to ensure their vehicles are equipped with the latest technology and modifications to perform efficiently in critical situations. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and craftsmanship in vehicle upfitting, and we are looking for a skilled Upfit Technician to join our team.

Position Summary

The Upfit Installer is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and servicing various upfitting components for emergency and specialty vehicles. This includes wiring, lighting, sirens, and other equipment installations necessary for the customization and functionality of vehicles for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive electronics and/or vehicle modifications and be committed to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform custom installations of emergency lighting, sirens, radios, partitions, and other vehicle components.
