Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, handle parts knowledge, and operate store systems. The role encompasses customer service, basic DIY services like battery/wiper installations, and inventory maintenance. It can be part-time or full-time with safety certification preferred.

The role requires strong communication, ability to source parts, and flexibility to work varied shifts to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Use basic math with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in store and by phone.
• Hit personal sales goals and help store reach targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including put-away, cycle counts and back stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
