Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated individual for the Asst Dismantler role at our Crystal River, FL facility. This on-site, full-time position supports the dismantling department under supervision, focusing on safety, efficiency, and proper part handling.

Responsibilities include assisting the dismantler/trainer, learning tagging and storage systems, and collaborating with engine dismantlers as needed. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and basic math/communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Background in body repair, mechanical work or dismantling experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Willingness to learn dismantling processes and tagging/storage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist dismantler/trainer with dismantling vehicles.
• Learn and complete dismantling, tagging and storage of parts.
• Work with engine dismantlers to learn engine dismantling.
