Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join the Processing Department in Savannah, GA. The role involves dismantling automobiles safely and efficiently under supervision, with opportunities for growth.

Essential duties include assisting dismantlers, learning tagging/storage, and following safety standards. A HS diploma and basic math/tech skills are helpful, with potential tool ownership required for duties.

Qualifications

• Background in body repair, mechanical, or dismantling experience.
• May be required to have own set of tools as needed to carry out duties.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dismantler/Trainer with dismantling vehicles.
• Learn and complete the system of dismantling, tagging and storing parts.
• Work with Engine Dismantlers as needed to learn engine dismantling.
• Comply with safety standards to ensure a safe workplace.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
