Job summary

Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking dedicated Automotive Diesel Technicians to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of vehicles at our Blair, NE service center. The role offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with no weekends, and biweekly pay commensurate with experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of proven experience as an automotive technician / diesel technician.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely, quality service.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No Weekends)
Compensation: Competitive & biweekly pay, commensurate with years of experience and certifications.

Employment Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification from an automotive vocational school
  or
• Completion of an automotive service technician apprenticeship program.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of proven experience as an automotive technician / mechanic.
• Valid Driver's License
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical and lifting test.
