Job summary

Landmark Automotive is seeking a Master Service Technician in Bogart, GA. You will lead and mentor other technicians, diagnose complex issues, and perform efficient repairs while maintaining strong customer communication with service consultants.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, up-to-date automotive knowledge, and delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment at a landmark Atlanta-area dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems.
• Strong communication with customers and service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Discuss vehicle issues with customers and advisors and outline current and future work.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems.
• Conduct quality inspections including test drives before returning vehicles.
• Provide estimates for new repairs and inform customers of needs.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Master Service Technician – Automotive

We are looking for a leader who can mentor other technicians, diagnose and perform repairs quickly and efficiently, and clearly communicate with customers and service consultants.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine and discuss vehicle issues, current work and future needs with customers and service advisors.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems.
• Perform quality inspections, including test drives, of vehicles prior to returning them to customers
• Communicate directly with service advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service needs and provide an estimate for any new repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.

Job Requirements

At our dealership, master technicians are determined and persistent problem solvers who are expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest automotive technologies.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
