Job summary

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization committed to Driving What's Right. We seek an automotive technician to perform test drives, inspections, and diagnostic tests, identify problems, and execute repairs to dealer standards.

Your role supports our focus on thorough diagnostics, safety, and continuous skill development. You will work within a dynamic service team, use computer diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate repair orders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle/engine repair requirements.
• ASE or OEM certifications preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with computer diagnostic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform test drives, inspections, and diagnostic tests on vehicles.
• Identify mechanical problems visually or with diagnostic equipment.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning parts per dealership standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and post-repair testing.
• Maintain clear, accurate repair orders and paperwork.
• Continue to develop technical skills and stay current with bulletins.
