Job summary

• Ensures customer vehicles are repaired accurately and kept clean.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs first time.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with Service Advisor/Dispatcher for additional work.
• Assist in writing work orders and test rides.
• Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
• Adhere to safety regulations and attendance policies.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50+ pounds with assistance.
