Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the Customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and make recommendations.
• Document work performed on each vehicle.
• Maintain an inventory of normal Technician’s tools.
• Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
