Job summary

Holman’s AutoPark Honda is seeking a skilled C Technician to join our team in Cary, NC. You will perform repairs to dealership and factory standards, diagnose issues, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality work. We value precision, ongoing learning, and a safe, organized shop environment.

New technicians may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill level, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a family-owned, global organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ Auto service center experience highly desired.
• Appropriate Technical training or ASEs a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean MVR.
• Willingness to undergo our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.
