Job summary

Moyer Auto Group is seeking an experienced Auto Detailer to join our recon department. The ideal candidate knows waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and fabric cleaning techniques, and is motivated to work reliably with open Saturday availability.

While detailing experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person. This role requires standing, bending, and working in varied weather conditions in a family-owned, growing dealership group.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Automotive detailing experience preferred; training available.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude and reliable schedule.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles using waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and fabric cleaning techniques.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and operate detailing equipment.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and follow pre-employment checks.

An ideal candidate would be familiar with various car cleaning techniques, including waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and fabric cleaning methods. We prefer candidates who have detailing experience, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated and reliable. This job requires you to bend and stand for extended periods and be able to work in both hot and cold weather. You must have open availability including Saturdays.
