Job summary

McGrath BMW of Elmhurst is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to thoroughly clean, detail, and prepare vehicles for delivery and showroom presentation. The role emphasizes attention to detail, quality, and timely work in a climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail the inside and outside of vehicles for delivery and display.
• Wash, dry, vacuum, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Clean and condition carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows, wheels, and tires.
• Apply appropriate cleaning, polishing, and protective products.
• Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, showroom presentation, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Properly use and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety standards.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and delivery deadlines.
