Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles.
• Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities associated with automotive detailing.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
• Wash, clean, vacuum, and professionally prepare new and used vehicles.
• Clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboards, windows, and interior surfaces.
• Clean and prepare exterior paint, wheels, tires, glass, and trim.
• Apply approved vehicle appearance and surface-protection products.
• Inspect completed vehicles for quality and attention to detail.
• Identify and report noticeable vehicle damage or defects.
• Assist with vehicle merchandising and dealership inventory preparation as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established detailing processes, safety procedures, and Company standards.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and dealership personnel to meet customer expectations.
