Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible Auto Detailer to join our team in Lansing, MI. This full-time role pays $16.50 per hour and entails cleaning, sanitizing and detailing a variety of vehicles for rental readiness.

You will follow industry standards to wash interiors, inspect for safety issues, and maintain a clean work area. The position offers a full-time schedule with benefits and growth opportunities within the Enterprise family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash exterior and dry vehicles of different sizes, including vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warnings; inspect windshield; clear data; verify registration.
• Check fluids, tires, and exterior for damage; inspect and report safety concerns.
• Fuel and stage vehicle; ensure readiness for customer rentals.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report hazards.
• Operate carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Maintain overall site appearance and daily cleanliness of the branch.

• Sunday: 9:30am - 1pm
• Monday: 7:30am - 6pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am - 6pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am - 6pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 8:30am - 12pm

As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone. You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
• Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
