Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Automotive Detailer. This position starts at $15 / hour and is located at 2770 N Morton Street Franklin, IN 46131.

The role is on-site and offers a robust benefits package. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting and preparing vehicles for rentals, washing exteriors and interiors, checking fuel and safety indicators, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; clear prior data; check registration and Lost & Found items.
• Check fluids, tires and exterior for damage; report safety concerns as needed.
• Fuel and stage vehicle; ensure readiness for rental.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report hazards.
• Operate carpet shampoo machines and other tools to remove stains and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to/from branches.
• Support site appearance with general interior/exterior cleaning tasks.
• Perform daily site cleaning duties including desks, counters, phones, floors and bathrooms.

Schedule:

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm (every other week)

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
• Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location

Additional Responsibilities

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
