Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Waco, TX is seeking an Automotive Detailer to ensure the highest cleanliness standards for vehicles available to customers. The role involves washing, sanitizing, inspecting and preparing cars, trucks and vans, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The position pays $16 per hour, offers a full-time 40-hour schedule, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• If under 21, zero moving violations and/or at-fault accidents.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• At least six (6) consecutive months of prior work experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle exterior; this may include cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; verify registrations.
• Check fluid levels and tire condition; inspect exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warnings; pull vehicle from prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report hazards.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain site Appearance including interior and exterior cleaning.
• Site appearance duties: desks, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and lot cleaning.
