Enterprise Mobility in Dayton, OH is hiring a full‑time Automotive Detailer to wash, sanitize, and prep vehicles for customer rentals. Starting pay is $15/hour with a 40-hour workweek; schedule includes weekdays and a half-day Saturday. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship from our company for employment or work permit now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the exterior of vehicles; this may include cars, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; clear prior customer data; verify registration matches license plate.
• Check fluid levels and tire condition; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles for rentals.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warnings or damage; remove from prep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to/from branches.
• Maintain overall site appearance including interior and exterior branch cleaning tasks.
• Handle daily desk, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and lot cleaning as part of site upkeep.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

The schedule available is:

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm (Alternating with half flex day)

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
• Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location
