Job summary

OnSite Dealer Solutions in Tulsa, OK seeks an Automotive Detailer to clean and refurbish vehicles per customer specifications. You will wash exteriors, clean interiors, apply wax, and detail engines while adhering to safety standards and team schedules.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work with cleaning agents, and coordinating with team members. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are preferred; automotive detail experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 year automotive detail experience preferred.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for interacting with employees, vendors and customers

Responsibilities

• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down door jams
• Applies wax to auto body and wipes or buffs surface
• Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
• Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents
• Applies revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces
• Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment
• Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials while following manufacturer recommendations
• Inspects vehicles for dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation
• Restores appearance of engine area, rugs and upholstery, and painted surfaces
• Applies dressing on tires and tire wells
• Use of SERV VIN Order System
• Understanding and delivering to the specific requirements of the customer
• Coordinating work with team members
• Keeps work area neat and clean
• Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned

The primary responsibility of the Automotive Detailer is to clean and refurbish new and used vehicles within the scope of the customer specifications.

$150-200 per day, paid weekly!

Responsibilities

• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down door jams


• Applies wax to auto body and wipes or buffs surface


• Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris


• Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices


• Applies revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals


• Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents


• Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following product manufacturer's recommendations


• Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation


• Restores appearance of engine area, rugs and upholstery, and painted surfaces


• Applies dressing on tires and tire wells


• Use of SERV VIN Order System


• Understanding and delivering to the specific requirements of the customer


• Coordinating work with team members


• Keeps work area neat and clean
