Teph Seal Auto Appearance in Florida is seeking Detail Specialist 1 (some experience) or Detail Specialist 2 (2+ years) to join our fast-paced team. We value teamwork, exemplary customer service, and a focus on quality; compensation is described as a flat rate.

The detailer will wash exteriors, wax/buff, vacuum interiors, and apply preservation chemicals. This role requires physical activity and flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced auto detailing environment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicles using cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles with cloths or buffing machines.
• Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery and surfaces.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect surfaces.
• Assist with duties as assigned to meet production needs.
