Hertrich Family of Dealerships in Elkton, MD is hiring an Experienced Full-Time Automotive Detailer/Assistant Detail Manager to support our growing team. You will work hands-on with vehicles and oversee detail operations.

Qualifications

• Automotive detailing or vehicle reconditioning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Potentially assist the Detail Manager with daily operations, workflow, and assignment of vehicles to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards for cleanliness, appearance, and quality.
• Help train, coach, and support Detail Technicians while maintaining a productive, safe, and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Used Car departments to prioritize vehicles for the lot, customer delivery, and reconditioning.
• Maintain high-quality standards on every vehicle
• Keep the shop and lot clean, organized, and presentable
