Job summary

Bose Corporation in Framingham, MA is seeking a candidate for Business Forecasting & Analytics who will support automotive demand planning and forecasting accuracy. You will update forecasts in Saphran based on inputs from Sales, Account Management, Program Management, Finance, and Operations, using Excel for analysis.

You will participate in monthly S&OP, collaborate with global teams including APAC, generate reports, and help document processes to improve forecast visibility and efficiency

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA, BA, or BS degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Business Forecasting & Analytics

Project & Process Improvement Support

• Partner with project teams and subject matter experts to document business processes and requirements.
• Lead and support process improvement projects that enhance forecast accuracy, business visibility, and operational efficiency through collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist project leaders with additional tasks and analyses as assigned.
