You’ll explain and demonstrate vehicle technology, personalize features to customer needs, and serve as the go-to contact before, during, and after delivery to answer tech questions.

You’ll help customers feel confident in their new vehicle, continuously build product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle technology expert, and enjoy a supportive, team-driven work

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Explain and demonstrate how to use the systems specific to the customers vehicle.
• Personalize features according to customer’s needs.
• Be the “go to” contact before, during, and after delivery for answers regarding technology.
• Help customers feel confident in their vehicle in order to enhance their driving experience.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.
