Blue Ridge Talent partners with a growing automotive dealership group to hire an experienced Automotive Dealership Comptroller / Title & Accounting Specialist. This role focuses on the financial and administrative flow of dealership operations, including deal processing, title work, lender funding, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will improve processes, work independently, and contribute to accurate financial reporting across locations.

Competenze

• Experience in automotive dealership accounting, title work, and fund processing.
• Ability to manage deals, owner disclosures, and title documentation with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to improve processes independently.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate title work, lender funding, and deal documentation across locations.
• Review deals for accuracy, down payments, and related expenses.
• Support payroll deductions and benefits administration as needed.
• Improve processes for external vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain monthly reporting and track dealership profitability.
