Concentrix is hiring a remote Automotive Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences from home. You will investigate part inquiries, verify parts needs, and adapt responses to each customer while maintaining detailed case notes. Training and ongoing support are provided, with career growth opportunities within a Fortune 500 company.

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience required.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking.
• Additional automotive parts training or certification a plus.
• PC/Keyboarding skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
