Grease Monkey is seeking an entry-level Courtesy Technician in High Point, NC. You will assist with basic oil-change tasks, clean the vehicle interior, and prepare vehicles for service with attention to safety and customer satisfaction.

Role requires basic literacy, willingness to learn, and ability to operate vehicles and simple hand tools. No prior experience is required; opportunities for growth and advancement are available in a fast-paced service center.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy in reading, writing, and math.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Licensed to operate motor vehicles and use mechanical hand tools.
• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and wear safety gear.
• Prepare vehicle for service and place seat covers and floor mats.
• Drive vehicle into bay and perform light checks.
• Check and set tire pressure and clean exterior windows and headlights.
• Release hood, unlock doors, and secure keys; notify manager of valuables.
• Document service information and vehicle damage or unusual conditions.
