The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Corporate Controller Trainer to train and develop dealership accounting teams across Napleton’s network. You will audit financial statements, review schedules, and support controllers while traveling up to 75% to various locations.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Corporate Controller Trainer. With over 90 years of success, Napleton’s tenured accounting leadership has decades of experience! This role can be based on one of following areas Napleton operates:

Chicago, Illinois, Orlando, Florida, West Palm Beach Florida, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Controller Trainer is responsible for training, developing, auditing, and assisting Napleton’s dealership accounting teams.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of Five+ years of Dealership Controller Multi- Unit/High volume experience
• CDK experience is required
• Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
• Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
