Responsibilities

• Lead the vehicle closures engineering team to deliver on-time, high-quality engineering releases.
• Provide technical direction on design, integration, and validation for vehicle closure systems.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee engineering documentation and release discipline.
• Partner with Program Teams, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers.
• Drive issue identification and root cause resolution.
• Develop and manage plans, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
• Regularly communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
