Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Aurora, IL is seeking a Cashier Receptionist to support front desk operations and process customer payments. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashier experience preferred, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Record totals of tickets and deposits and verify payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person.
