Your primary focus will be to establish professional relationships with customers and help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable. You will work with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas within the dealership and then use established consulting services programs, along with your industry knowledge, to help resolve these issues. After project completion, you will follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support and problem resolution. By aiding these customers in different dealership areas, you will build trust that will further drive consulting services sales. Our training includes hands-on experience with seasoned consulting and sales representatives, online courses completed at home, and classroom instruction at our Dayton and Houston offices. During training, compensation will be a $57,000-60,000 base salary, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses after 6-9 months. Total targeted income post-training (including base and bonuses) is $80,000+.
