Quality Auto Collision in California is seeking an Automotive Body Repairer to join our team. You will inspect and evaluate vehicles, provide honest repair estimates, and assist with hands-on repairs while coordinating multiple projects to keep work on schedule.

Strong communication with clients and teammates is essential for success. The ideal candidate has autobody experience, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset, plus the ability to manage multiple repairs

As an Automotive Body Repairer, you will work closely with clients to build strong relationships, thoroughly inspect and evaluate vehicles, and provide accurate, honest estimates for repair. You will also assist with repairing vehicles, managing multiple repair projects at once, and working closely with coworkers to ensure work is completed properly and on time. The ideal candidate has previous autobody experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.
