Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our Automotive department. In this performance-driven, safety-focused role, you will repair collision-damaged vehicles, including body panel repair and replacement, frame and structural work, and refinishing preparation.

You will follow standardized repair processes, OEM procedures and quality standards to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Qualifications

• Must have experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
• Knowledge of OEM procedures and standardized repair processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair collision-damaged vehicles including body panels and frame/structural components.
• Perform refinishing prep and follow OEM repair guidelines.
• Work with estimators and painters to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and safe work practices.
• Follow company quality standards and repair procedures.
• Participate in training and career development opportunities.
