Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive billing.
• Experience posting transactions to accounting records.
• Experience preparing invoices, listing items sold and service provided, amounts due, and credit terms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and credit terms for customers and finance companies.
• Post transactions to accounting records and ledgers.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely payments.
