Summary of Automotive Billing Clerk

Assist the Sales and Finance Department in accurately processing contracts, titles, and paperwork related to automobile purchases.

Essential Duties
  1. Review sold deals for accuracy.
  2. Prepare contracts for bank funding.
  3. Interface with the accounting system to reconcile and correct errors.

Requires a background in accounting (automotive experience preferred) and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.

Education and/or Experience

Prefer six to twelve months of related experience and/or training.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Notary, must be eligible for bonding.
