What You'll Do

As a Biller, you will process and reconcile billing transactions promptly and accurately. You'll process payoff checks for customer vehicles in a timely manner and follow up with bank payoffs. In this role, you'll partner with accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are processed on time. We are looking for Automotive Billers, Billing Specialists, or Billing Clerks with CDK and CVR experience to join our team.

Automotive Biller Qualifications

• At least three years of automotive billing (or related) experience is required
• Knowledge of CDK and CVR
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changing
• Strong organization & time management skills
• Self‑Motivated, Team player, with attention to detail

Automotive Biller: $23 - $25/hour

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts.
