We are looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Nazareth, PA area.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. The Assistant Manager enforces established policies, procedures and standards, schedules mechanics/technicians work, manages outside orders, ensures the quality and timely completion of jobs, meets customer expectations, and safeguards team member safety.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selection and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drive sales initiatives. The Service Manager communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides information on required automotive repairs and maintenance, ensures customer satisfaction, and strives to meet expectations.

Qualifications
